My time as Chief Creative Officer of CP+B for almost four years was an overall great experience and teacher. I'm proud of the great work we did, the talent recruited, and the accounts we won — including the first two global accounts for CP+B, Infiniti and American Airlines. In addition, we tried many things to move and inspire the culture and to create an environment where people are actively participating in the culture of making great work.
The following is a book designed to properly onboard in the culture of CP+B. I considered it vital for everyone to know why they are there and the type of agency and well as the work that's expected. It was 74 pages in total and used outlines for creative expectations, concepting, copywriting, art directing, CD'ing, meeting timelines etc. Some was cobbled from older material (thank you, Evan) and converted and updated. I did the editing, extra writing, layouts and photography.
